Earthwalk was granted 501(c)(3) status from the IRS as a chartered center under the church of Tzaddi.
Chartered by the Bishop of the Church of Tzaddi
Directed by a Wisdom Council that is built on the Pure Spirit Circle model (definition/website link?), which means that leadership is fluid and members make commitments to each other. It is governance based on consensus.

There is not one singular physical location, but workshop, meetings, and gatherings occur at indoor and outdoor locations throughout the state of Michigan determined by the needs of each event and its participants.

EarthWalk is dedicated to the vision, transformation, integration and expansion of human expression into the essence and truth of our unique being through love, healing, service and community.
EarthWalk is based on the principle that every human being has been given everything that they need to live the sacred dream within their heart, and that while each person must do their own work, it is not necessary to do that work without support.
